Each September, we celebrate Recovery Month, an annual observance to promote and celebrate all aspects of Recovery. Because Recovery touches the lives of so many — those in Recovery, those with loved ones in Recovery and those who work in the field of Recovery. This year, we’re focusing on the discoveries made through recovery, highlighting what is gained rather than what is given up.
We offer our Tactical Recovery program because few addiction and mental health centers are genuinely qualified in understanding and treating Veterans and first responders. Far too often, individuals in this population do not receive the level of treatment they deserve from people who understand the full impact of military service and other first responder roles.
