This past weekend, April 25th and 26th, Willingway proudly hosted our annual alumni reunion—and what an unforgettable celebration it was! We were honored to welcome two incredible speakers whose recovery journeys both began right here at Willingway. On Saturday evening, Jim B. inspired us as our AA speaker at 8:00 PM, followed by his wife, Paula B., who shared her story as our Al-Anon speaker earlier that morning at 10:30 AM.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch catered by Rocky’s NY Deli & Italian Catering—owned and operated by one of our very own alumni. Over the course of the weekend, more than 350 alumni, family members, staff, and current clients came together to celebrate the spirit of fellowship and recovery that defines Willingway.

The weekend was filled with fun and laughter for all ages—including a bounce house, face painting, a piñata, and a sweet ice cream social.

If you’ve never attended a Willingway Homecoming, we warmly invite you to join us next time. It’s a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with the staff who helped start your recovery journey, and to witness the incredible strength of our alumni community. Each year, it’s truly inspiring to see so many familiar faces thriving and giving back—continuing the legacy of support that defines Willingway.
